Led organic social for Ruby Slipper & Ruby Sunshine across all 26 restaurant locations, handling content from concept to post on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Yelp. Traveled to restaurants around the country to plan, stage, and shoot photoshoots, capturing dishes, cocktails, and dining room moments for each location. Edited all photo and video content in-house and wrote platform-specific copy for every channel, keeping both brands consistent while giving each market its own local feel.
Shoot Direction
Directed on-location photoshoots for Ruby Slipper & Ruby Sunshine, working hands-on with photographers to bring each shot list to life. Built every shoot around what made each restaurant stand out, using features like a popular mural on our own wall as a signature backdrop. Sourced props to style each scene and selected the dishes and beverages that best showcased the menu, the season, and the brand.
